Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For professional assembly services, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Most bikes arrive 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Detailed instructions and basic tools are included in every package.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do Cooly Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
